The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services invite agricultural producers/landowners and other stakeholders (applicants/recipients) to apply for state funding to support regional agricultural water quality/quantity improvement projects. The purpose of the Agricultural Regional Projects Program is to enhance Florida’s efforts to reduce nutrient loading in priority watersheds by funding projects that integrate both infrastructure-based solutions and enhance best management practice implementation strategies. These projects are intended to address nonpoint source pollution from agricultural activities and contribute to broader water quality goals for reducing nutrient loads in priority watersheds.
